This Privacy Policy governs access to and use of the App (hereinafter the App) that GROUP-E makes available to Internet users (hereinafter the Users) interested in the contents (hereinafter the Contents) and the services (hereinafter the Services) provided by GROUP-E through said App.

2. Recommendations
Please read and observe the following recommendations carefully.
- Keep your device equipped with properly-updated antivirus software against malicious code and spyware applications that can endanger your Internet browsing and the information stored on your computer.
- Read and review this Privacy Policy and all the legal texts that GROUP-E has provided in the App.
3. Information about the data that GROUP-E collects through the App
To ensure proper operation of the App, GROUP-E must have access to the following data provided by the User (as required):

5. Veracity of the data provided by users
The User declares that the personal data provided is true and complete and undertakes to notify GROUP-E of any change in the same. The User is responsible for the veracity of the data he or she provides. Consequently, GROUP-E reserves the right to exclude any User who provides false data from using the Services, without prejudice to any other legal actions to which the Company may have recourse.
Users are recommended to protect their data with the utmost diligence by using suitable security tools. GROUP-E declines all liability for theft, unauthorised amendment or loss of Users data.
Users must notify GROUP-E of any change to their data by means of the notification channels provided for the purpose in this Privacy Policy.
5. Data retention
Provided there is a legal obligation to do so, the data of a personal nature with which Users provide us will be kept for the periods required for the purpose for which they were collected. Your data will be blocked and safeguarded by the appropriate security measures.
At all events, your data will be blocked for the legally-applicable period when you unsubscribe, refuse to receive promotional information and news or withdraw your consent to processing. It will subsequently be deleted once the period for exercising or defending legal claims has expired.
7. Users’ rights
Users may exercise their rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, limitation of processing, portability and revocation of consent by submitting a request on the following link: rgpd@group-e.app or by writing to the postal address set forth above. You must specify which right you would like to exercise and accompany the request with an identification document that positively and unequivocally identifies you. You also have the right to file a claim with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
Users may withdraw their consent at any time, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing carried out to date.
8. Data security
Protection of Users’ privacy and data of a personal nature is a priority goal for GROUP-E, which is why we have taken all the measures in our power to prevent improper use of your data by limiting access to the same to expressly authorised personnel.
GROUP-E has implemented a suitable level of security for the protection of personal data in accordance with the applicable legislation and has set up all the technical means at its disposal to prevent the destruction, loss, alteration and/or unauthorised disclosure of the data provided by the User through the App. Nevertheless, it must be remembered that security measures on the Internet are not impregnable.
GROUP-E undertakes to comply with the duty of secrecy and confidentiality regarding personal data in accordance with the currently applicable legislation.
GROUP-E declines all responsibility for loss and damage that may arise from the User’s failure to comply with said obligation.
9. Transfers and/or assignment to third parties
Except as indicated below in the case of data processors with whom we have service agreements, we do not foresee the need to assign Users' data of a personal nature to other data controllers or to make international data transfers.
